Shipping policy
Each order is packed with care and intention, and most items ship within 3–5 business days of your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order—we’re unable to make changes once your package is on its way. Studio Mynde is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues, but we’ll always do our best to support you in resolving any problems that arise.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@studiomynde.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
